Refund policy

Lifetime Licenses

Solodrop Lifetime Access versions 2.6.0 and up are eligible for a full refund if the customer is not satisfied within 7 days of the original purchase date. Upon refunding the full amount of the paid theme, the license will be deactivated and theme will no longer have the ability to be used on any Shopify store.

 

Subscription Licenses

Solodrop subscriptions (any version) are eligible to be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be able to access your theme for the remainder of the subscription duration. All Solodrop versions that are purchased as a subscription service are not eligible for refunds. 

 

Themes purchased before February 1st, 2023

Since our theme(s) are non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, all theme license purchases before February 1st, 2023 are final and non-refundable.
